Damaged or defective items may be returned for store credit only, within 14 days of delivery.
We do not refund original-tender payments (unless we cancel the transaction or an item is unavailable to ship). Store credit is emailed as a gift card (that does not expire). We do not coordinate merchandise exchanges; however, you are welcome to place a new order.
